Refund & Return Policy

At Elovix, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include all accessories and components (if applicable).

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send products back without first contacting us.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been processed or In transit/shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • The item is in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by Elovix may be deducted from your refund. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos or videos of the item.

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label if applicable.

To process damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims, Elovix may require sufficient evidence, including photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Claims may be denied if:

  • Adequate evidence is not provided.

  • The damage appears to be caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

  • The issue occurred after delivery.

After reviewing your claim, we may, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement.

  • Issue a full refund.

  • Offer another appropriate resolution.

6. Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

If tracking shows the package as delivered, we may ask you to:

  • Check with household members or neighbors.

  • Contact your local carrier.

  • Allow a short period for delayed delivery before further investigation.

7. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items caused by misuse.

  • Items damaged due to accidents, improper handling, or damage occurring after delivery.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Gift cards (if applicable).

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Any item returned without prior authorization.

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported refund/return requests.

9. Fraud Prevention

Elovix reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, replacement, or other resolution request if we reasonably believe the request is fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the evidence provided.

Customers may be required to provide photos, videos, or additional information to verify a claim before a refund or replacement is approved.

10. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.
